Cala Nova beach is up there with the nicest on the East coast. Add to this that it is easily accessible (right next to Es Canar) and you have the perfect beach. The sand quality is excellent and the sea always clean. The water can get very rough with a big under current so beware with toddlers. |

To get to Cala Nova, Turn left as you enter Es Canar, follow the road to the end and turn left again and then take the second right. There is a small parking area with a ramp for wheelchairs and prams. |
| Surfing, body boarding, body surfing and any other activity that involves big waves. When the sea is calm, the swimming is still excellent as the beach is one of the sandiest shores in Ibiza |  |

There are five restaurants to choose from on Cala Nova. The pick of which are located up at the far end. One is French owned with food to match and the other is a little chiringuito that provides excellent snacks. |
