About the Company -

Thank you for enquiring about renting a villa with Villa Rental Ibiza.  We have successfully been renting out villas in Ibiza since 1984, when we started with our own villa (Villa Ibiza).  Since then, we have steadily taken on other villas to satisfy the enormous demand that we were generating through friends and family members.  It wasn’t until 2002 when we developed the website http://www.villa-rental-ibiza.com to compensate for the huge demand of villas that people were offering us that we became mainstream. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and now deal with hundreds of enquiries every week, successfully placing our clients in their dream holiday homes. We recognize that you the client have limited holiday time and wish to spend this with your friends and families worry free. We endeavor to choose our properties with the utmost care, but we never actually get a chance to live in them, so on the feedback of our customers if there is a certain area of a house that they are dissatisfied with we will inform the owner of the villa about the problem and ensure that they take the necessary action. We developed the three strike policy to provide an even better holiday experience for you the customer. Basically stated this is where we will remove the villa from our listing after only three serious complaints! As far as we know we are the only villa rental company to operate under these strict guidelines. With this security in mind we hope that you enjoy your stay at one of our magnificent villas.

Claudia Kramer
Primary Contact Agent – Claudia joined Villa Rental Ibiza in 2006 having moved to the island in 1995 after leaving Germany where she was a mainstream German television presenter. She soon found her niche in Ibiza renting out villas to acquaintances from both Germany and Ibiza. Claudia was brought onboard to satisfy the increasing demand for a multi lingual (Spanish, German, English, Italian and French) person to respond to the thousands of enquiries that the company generates. Claudia will usually be the first point of contact upon your arrival in Ibiza as she currently looks after all airport pickups and tours of the villas.
