YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH Nick Robbe of Villa Rental Ibiza.

(1) Your Holiday Contract

When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English, Spanish and European Law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English, Scottish, Northern Irish and Welsh Courts at all times.

(2) Payment

When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost to confirm the booking. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must usually be paid at least 6 weeks before your departure date (but this amount may vary from villa to villa). If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and retain the deposit paid. Where possible, the total amount payable shall be quoted in Euros. Any other currency shall be converted at a price determined by the banking Organisation Sa Nostra.

You shall also be required to pay a refundable deposit of no less than €600 and a maximum of €2,500 (depending on the villa) for the duration of your stay. This amount is refunded in total upon your departure provided that the agent of Villa Rental Ibiza and the owner of the villa are agreed that nothing of significance has been damaged.

(3) Booking Ammendment or Cancellation by you the villa renter

If, after paying your deposit you wish to change the dates of your booking then we will do our utmost to accommodate you. However, new dates may be subject to a different price. If the price is higher than originally stated, then you will be required to pay the difference in full. If however, the price is lower then no monies will be refunded to you as this will be deemed as a cancellation.

If, after paying the amount in full you wish to cancel your travel arrangements then provided that this is more than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date you will receive 50% of your total money paid in addition to the amount that you have paid as a security deposit. If however, this is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival then you will only be refunded the amount paid as a security deposit.

(4) Booking Ammendment or Cancellation by Villa Rental Ibiza or the villa owner

In the unlikely event that we should need to cancel your preferred accommodation then we will provide you with a selection of suitable alternatives. Should you deem that these are not appropriate then we will refund to you in total all monies paid to Villa Rental Ibiza. We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your travel arrangements.

If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements from us if available or cancelling your booked holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. In all cases, except where the major change arises due to reasons of force majeure, we will pay compensation as detailed above:

Force Majeure: - This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure.

(5) If You Have A Complaint

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your villa manager) and our resort representative immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at 51 Calle San Vicente, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, Spain, 07840 giving your booking reference and all other relevant information or by email to complaints@villa-rental-ibiza.com. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.

(6) Conditions of Carriage

We at Villa Rental Ibiza make no arrangements for flight travel. You should arrange your own flights with any of the airline companies that fly to said destination. A list of which can be found on our flights page.

We will meet you the client at the destination airport and will direct you to your villa. We do not provide a pickup service so you should arrange your own car rental prior to arriving with our preferred car rental firm or upon arrival with one of the car rental agencies located in the airport.

Should your flights arrive between the hours of 22:00 and 0:700 then an additional pickup fee of €50 will be charged for any airport pickup.
