General     This newly built 3 year old villa is set in the heart of rural Ibiza. Tranquillity is the order of the day here as you go back to mother nature. This villa has it's own olive and fruit tree orchard and is set on its own large piece of land. The best factor about this property is it's proximity to Benirras Beach. Many locals consider this to be the best beach that the island of Ibiza has to offer.
General    

This villa comprises 3 floors. The ground floor has an apartment with double bed, Lounge with sofa bed and a separate shower room as well as the Lounge and modern kitchen.
On the first floor, you will find bedrooms one and two and one en-suite bathroom. Whilst on the second floor, you have the master bedroom with its own large terrace.

Master Bedroom     The master bedroom is large 20 square metres and benefits from its own large terrace area. There is an en-suite shower room and also a separate storage facility for your suitcases.
Bedroom 1     Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor, is quite large about 20 sq metres and has ample storage space as well as a small balcony overlooking the pool area.
Bedroom 2     Bedroom 2 of Villa Benirras comprises twin beds, large cupboard and en-suite with bath.
Apartment     The apartment on the ground floor has a double bed, shower room located next door and has large glass doors leading out into the garden area.
Apartment     The small apartment in Villa Benirras has a sofa bed which can accommodate one extra person.
Lounge     The Lounge is modern yet tastefully decorated and has a 24" TV with Spanish Cable and a DVD Player. There is one 2 seat sofa and another 3 seat sofa.
Dining Area     The internal dining area in this villa can comfortably seat 6 and is located just off the kitchen. As you exit the kitchen going outside, you find the outside dining area.
Kitchen Area     The kitchen in Villa Benirras benefits from all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob as well as microwave, dish washer and washing machine.
Pool Area     The pool area is relatively small in comparison to the size of the pool. This being said, it does have ample sun lounges for all guests.
Garden Area The garden per say is medium size although if you count the orchard and arable land surrounding you have a much larger area.
