General    

Villa Blanco is ideally located in the hills near San Rafael. Although this property is situated in close proximity to other houses, it is also in close proximity to two of Ibiza's mega clubs. Namely Privilege and Amnesia. The property itself has 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms (all en-suite) and a large pool with views out towards Ibiza Town.

General     As you enter the property via the main door, you are presented with the Lounge, dining area, communal WC and kitchen which has a patio door leading out to the pool area. The pool area has a large terrace, dining area and a BBQ area off to one side. Up on the first floor, you have bedrooms 2 & 4 whilst on the top floor, you will find the master bedroom with it's own large terrace and bedroom 3. This property also has two garages and an alarm system.
Master Bedroom     The master bedroom on the second floor comes complete with 4-poster bed, built in teak wardrobes, TV, en-suite bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the countryside below. The room is approximately 25 square metres.
Bedroom 1     Bedroom 1 is located on the middle floor and has double bed and built in teak wardrobes. It is approximately 20 square metres in size and has an en suite shower room tastefully designed in marble.
Bedroom 2     Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor, and is approximately the same size as bedroom 1 and also has a double bed and built in teak wardrobes. There is an en suite marble shower room.
Bedroom 3     Bedroom 3 is on the middle floor, and is roughly the same size as bedrooms 1 and 2. It also has a double bed, built in teak wardrobes and an en-suite marble shower room.
Lounge     The large Lounge (approx 60 sm) has three 2-seat sofas arranged around a teak coffee table. There is a 42" plasma TV, DVD player with surround sound and satellite system. The room is decorated to a high standard with teak African artefacts. The separate dining area and kitchen both lead off from the Lounge.
Dining Areas     The inside dining area is bright and airy due to the large terrace windows that look out over the pool area. There is sufficient dining space for 6 people at the table. The external dining area is sitauted close to the pool and can comfortably seat 8 persons. The purpose built BBQ area is located close by as well.
Kitchen Area     The rustic kitchen benefits from all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and coffe maker as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast table centrally located that seats four persons.
Pool Area     The pool area of Villa Blanco has a large terrace area which is surrounded by olliander, local shrubs and palm trees. All of the deck chairs and sun lounges are made of teak. Whilst the 10x5 metre pool has a semi-circular shallow entry point. There is a small gazebo to one end of the pool to escape the sun.
Garden Area   The garden area is medium sized and some what spartan, but this all adds to the typical rustic feeling that you will enjoy at Villa Blanco.
