| General | This totally renovated 200 year old finca is set amongst the hills near to Santa Eulalia and only a stones throw away from one of Ibiza's best restaurants Casa Colonial. Colina means hill in Spanish and as you would expect, the views from the pool area are breathtaking as you look down the valley onto one of Ibiza's main agricultural areas. | ||
| General | As you approach this wonderful villa, you will immediately notice how old it actually is. The walls are nearly one metre thick and as such keep the villa cool during the long hot summer. Upon entering the villa, you are presented with the large Lounge with Spanish, English and German Sat TV. Branching off the Lounge is Bedroom 1 and the kitchen and dinging area. The stairs that lead upstairs to the master bedroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are just to your left. |

| Master Bedroom | This large double bedroom (8x6 metres) is located at the top of the stairs and has 2 free standing wardrobes, a dresser, two bedside tables, en-suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi and separate shower. This room also has a balcony overlooking the pool area. This room has it's own Air Con unit. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 (5x5.5 metres) is located beside the Lounge and consists of two single beds a large free standing wardrobe and en suite bath and shower room. This room has it's own Air Con unit. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 2 (4x4 metres) is located just up the stairs and has two single beds with built in wardrobe and a completely new en suite shower room. This room is light and airy and has a large overlooking one of the gardens. This room has it's own Air Con unit. | ||
| Bedroom 3 | Bedroom 3 (4x6 metres) is large and airy and has a small balcony overlooking the side garden and hills. There are 2 single beds which can be easily converted into a king size bed, a large free standing wardrobe and en suite bathroom. This room has it's own Air Con unit. | ||
| Lounge | The Lounge of Villa Colina is typical of an old Ibizan farmhouse in that it does not get much light. The furniture in this room is rather antiquated but this all adds to the charm of this beautiful finca. This is a minor drawback but is more than compensated for by the natural beauty of all the other rooms. The majority of people will be spending time by the pool or on one of the many terraces during their holiday. The Lounge does however have 2 satellite systems one English and one Spanish plus DVD player and 24" TV. | ||
| Dining Areas | There is a 6 seat pine dining table right next to the kitchen which also leads to the exterior dining area with it's traditional wooden dining table and 8 wooden chairs. This dining area overlooks the garden, lawn and pool area. | ||
| Kitchen Area | The kitchen is modern and has all mod cons including fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob as well as a microwave. There are two entrances, one via the dining area and one to the front of the house. | ||
| Pool Area | The pool area of Villa Colina incorporates a beautiful sunny area on three sides of the pool and a completely shaded area on the other. The pool is surrounded by a lawn area to the rear, palm trees to the right and the remainder of the garden with its 200 year old olive tree to the front. There are sufficient sun beds for all guests and the shaded gazebo has a small table for enjoying light snacks | ||
| Garden Area | As you enter Villa Colina, you are presented with a small garden area to your left. On your right is a lawn area with a built in BBQ area (no holiday would be complete without one) which leads onto the front garden with its lawn and pool area. | ||
