Ibiza Villa Colonial

This relatively new villa (12 years old) is located quite close to Villa Colina but is completely private. It is set amongst the hills near to Santa Eulalia and only a stones throw away from one of Ibiza's best restaurants Casa Colonial. The views from the terrace area are breathtaking as you look down the valley onto one of Ibiza's main agricultural areas. This villa has wheelchair and disabled access so is perfect for families with young children as well.

This villa benefits from two entrances, the main one overlooks the valley and is accessed via stairs or you can drive around the back near the pool area where there are ramps leading to the kitchen. Both are accessed via an electric security gate.

As you enter Villa Colonial from the front entrance, you are presented with the master bedroom to your right and bedroom 1 to your left. As you carry on through the foyer, you have the Lounge followed by the dining area and then bedroom 2, WC and Kitchen. The kitchen and Lounge all have porches leading to the kidney shaped swimming pool

This large double bedroom (5x7 metres) has built in wardrobes and bedside tables. It has it's own separate entrance and a brand new en suite bathroom. This room has it's own Air Con unit.

Bedroom 1 (4x6 metres) also has built in wardrobes and has two single beds which can be easily converted into a king size bed. It also benefits from an en suite bathroom with all disabled facilities. Quite a rarity in Ibiza. This room has it's own Air Con unit.

Bedroom 2 (4x7 metres) has large free standing wardrobes and looks out onto the valley and the palm trees below. This room does not have en suite but there is a new shower room and WC directly to your left as you exit the room. This room has it's own Air Con unit.

The Lounge of Villa Colonial is large and has 2 separate seating areas. The first has one 3 seat sofa and 2 single seats and has the multi language Satellite TVs with 24" screen with DVD player. The second has a coffee table and an L shaped sofa surrounding it. This room also has Air Con. There is access to the pool area where you will also see that there is a two seat swing chair.

The inside dining area can comfortably seat 6 persons. There is a porch leading to the exterior dining area which can confortably seat 8 people. This is located in the shade no more than 5 metres from the pool.

The pool area of Villa Colonial is compact but pretty. There are sufficient sun beds for all guests around the kidney shaped pool plus there is a small paddling pool for toddlers. There is ample shaded area under the porch by the pool for those who can't stand the heat!

The garden area here is relatively small, but there is a portable BBQ for you to enjoy those hot dogs and hamburgers. The pool area is surrounded by a small but neatly maintained lawn area.
