This 34 bedroom villa is situated in the hills overlooking the beach in the Es Cubells area in Ibiza and has some of the most magnificently pristine and unspoilt views that you will find.

Villa Es Cubells is modernly yet very tastefully furnished and will suit holidaying couples or families alike. Due to its location on a hillside and the large terraces, it is not advisable for families with young children or infants.

The house itself is one of three in a row, due to its amazing location overlooking the unspoilt hillside above Es Cubells.

Villa Es Cubells master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and has a small terrace overlooking the pool and the breathtaking view of the sea.

The Lounge in Villa Es Cubells contains two comfortable sofas one 2 seat and one 4 seat. A coffee table and a cosy fire place (in case you get cold!)

The dining area has seating for 8 and is adjacent to the Lounge.

Combine Villa Es Cubells sparkling pool with the stunning views and you will be hard pressed to leave this sun trap. The pool area has several sun lounges to laze away the day and from the pool you can see Formentera in the distance not to mention the beach just below the villa.

In total, Villa Es Cubells has 5 separate terraced areas. Poolside (8 x 5), roof (10 x 8), master bedroom (10 x 6), dining area (3 x 4) & the completely secluded lower terrace (8 x 3).
