This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated halfway between the sleepy town of San Carlos with its Famous Saturday Hippy Market and the vibrant town of Santa Eulalia with its many cafes and restaurants. The house itself is in the process of being refurbished and repainted. This villa is ideally suited to young and old alike as it is off the beaten track but is within walking distance of one of Ibiza's major towns. |

Upon entering the residence, you will be presented with the lounge, kitchen and bar area with all mod cons and a small breakfast area. Leading from the lounge are all 4 bedrooms (three double and 1 single) and both bathrooms. Directly accessible from the lounge area via large sliding doors is the pool and terrace area with its many sun lounging areas, BBQ area and two dining areas. |

The master bedroom is large and benefits from a queen sized bed and built in wardrobes. There is also a small settee and sliding doors leading out to one of the external dining areas. At the time of writing this room was in the process of being repainted. |
| Bedroom 1 |  |

Bedroom 1 is also spacious and can be either a king size or twin bedroom. There are built in wardrobes and the view looks directly onto the pool and terrace area. |
| Bedroom 2 |  |

Bedroom 2 is somewhat smaller than the first two, but is bright and airy and looks out onto the pool and terrace area. There are built in wardrobes. |
| Bedroom 3 |  |

Bedroom 3 is the smallest of all of the rooms but is perfect for any young ones in the party. One of the WC with bath is situated accross the hall. |

The Lounge is bright and spacious and is connected to the open plan kitchen and breakfast area. There is one 4 seat sofa and one 3 seat as well as satellite TV. The patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace |

The interior dining area seats 4 and is perfect for breakfast as it is situated next to the kitchen. |

The kitchen area is open plan and benefits from all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. |
| Pool Area |  |

The pool area of Villa Santa Eulalia is the jewel in the crown as it is an absolute sun trap. There is a gazebo shaded dining area to one end as well as several sun beds partially shaded by the trees whilst at the other end, there are more sun beds in direct sunlight for approximately 8 hours a day. |
| Garden |  |

The garden area of Villa Santa Eulalia is relatively small but consists of a shaded lawn area to the front and a palm fringed area to the rear. This villa also has a lockable roof terrace for those keen on getting a full body tan!! |
| Tennis Court |  |
 |
For the more active of you, Villa Santa Eulalia has an Astroturf tennis court. The tennis court has no cover nor flood lights so games should be conducted either early morning or early evening. Although tennis balls and racquets are provided, it is advisable to bring your own. |
