General			This stunning 4 bedroom villa is situated in the hills 5 minutes drive away from Santa Eulalia. The property itself benefits from wonderful countryside and sea views. The villa is a long standing family home and as such is furnished to an extremely high standard. Couple this with its many picturesque gardens and terraces it makes it the ideal family holiday retreat
General			The entrance to the property is via a delightful patio area, with feature fountain. Upon entering the residence, you will be presented with the kitchen and bar area with all mod cons and a small breakfast area. Just off the kitchen area is bedroom 4 with its twin beds and en suite shower room. Prior to climbing the stairs to the large Lounge, dining room and library you pass by the laundry room with washer and drier and a WC. On your right is bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite bathroom. Following the stairs up one more small flight is the master bedroom.
Master Bedrooms			The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, antique furnishings and a large en suite bathroom with mosaic-tiled sunken bath. There is also a large terraced area overlooking the pool and the best of the countryside views. This room also has an air con unit.
Bedroom 1			The second bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and built in wardrobes. There is also a safe in this room to store your valuables. This bedroom comes with an air con unit.
Bedroom 2			The third bedroom is self-contained and detached from the main house and has twin beds, built in wardrobe and en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3			The fourth bedroom is located just off the kitchen area and is part of the original 250 year old structure. It has built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This room also comes with an air con unit.
Bedroom 4	no pic	no pic	Bedroom 4 is completely seperate from the main house and has stairs leading up to the pool area. This is just currently being built so more information will be available shortly.
Lounge			The Lounge is located just off the master bedroom, and has twin sofas, air conditioning, coffee table, fireplace (not that you will need it), Sky Satellite TV and a fast computer with broadband connection.
Dining Areas			The dining/library area has an antique dining table and sits 6 comfortably which looks out onto one of the lawn areas. There is also telephone and fax in this area. Just outside the dining room there is another mosaiced fountain and fish pond.
Kitchen Area			The kitchen is a tasteful fusion of old and new with its antique bric a brac adorning the walls and all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fan oven and pantry with large American style fridge freezer.
Pool Area			The pool area will make it difficult for you to find the time to visit the beach as it has eight sun lounges and a beautiful Morrocan tent with own bar and sound system making it the perfect retreat from the sun. Two more poolside tables (one covered and one not) mean it is possible to have your lunch at 5 different locations in this villa.
Tent Area
Garden Area			Just above the pool area there is a charming BBQ area surrounded by a cactus garden. Above this is the 3 tier pond and lawn area as well as two additional sun lounge areas and a beautiful palmtree garden.

Other			There is an entrance to the property via bedroom 4 with enough parking for 12 cars as well as the main parking area which can confortably fit another six cars.
