| General | This delightful property is set in the countryside close to Ibiza Town and as such is peaceful yet practical for those people who wish to be located close to all of Ibiza's gastonomic facilities. This villa is a perfect family villa and also ideal for older couples wishing to relax as it is located in a complex with several other villas nearby. The neighbours are by no means intrusive but do tend to intervene if there is loud music played until the early hours of the morning. For this reason, we strongly reccommend that people interested in clubbing do not choose this villa. |

| General | As you approach the villa via the security gates, you pass by the L-shaped pool and sprawling terrace towards a covered terrace and external dining area. Upon entering the property, you are presented with bedroom 1 on your left as well as the communal bathroom. This hallway leads on to the dining area and Lounge which has the kithcen branching off to the left. There are large patio doors leading from the lounge to the back lawn and garden area. Just before the dining area there is a hallway that leads to the master bedroom and ensuite, as well as bedroom 4 and then finally to bedroom 3 which also has en suite. |

| Master Bedroom | The master bedroom of Villa Jesus is approximately 12x4 metres in size and has a king size bed. There are built in wardrobes and a luxurious en suite bathroom. There are patio doors leading out to a terrace which in turn leads out to the pool area. This room is air conditioned. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 is located just as you enter the property, and is approximately 8x3.5 metres in size. There are built in wardrobes and the communal bathroom is located next door. There are patio doors leading out onto a bright terrace area. This room has air conditioning. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 3 of Villa Jesus is approximately 6x3.5 metres in size and has twin beds and built in wardrobes. There is an en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the lawn area located at the rear of the house. This room is also air conditioned. | ||
| Bedroom 3 | Bedroom 4 is approximately 4x3 metres and has twin beds and free standing wardrobe. This room shares it's bathroom with the master bedroom as there is another entrance via the hallway. The room is light and airy and looks out onto the lawn area. | ||
| Lounge | The Lounge of this villa is immaculately designed and decorated and is also very spacious. There is a purpose built six seat sofa to the rear of the room as well as one 3 seat sofa and two armchairs. This room has a 24" TV, VHS video player and Spanish satellite with some English speaking channels. There are patio doors leading out to the lawn and rear garden as well as the BBQ area and the external dining area. | ||
| Dining Areas | The internal dining area is located just off the Lounge and has a stylish wooden table with matching chairs. There are 3 external dining areas. The first is a 6 seated shaded wooden table which is located near the pool area just by the entrance to the house. The second is located next to the BBQ area and is in direct sunlight whilst the third is located just off the Lounge and can also seat six persons. | ||
| Kitchen Area | The first thing you will find upon entering this modern kitchen is how relaxing it is. You are just as likely to spend an evening sipping wine on one of the stools as you are by the pool. The kitchen itself benefits from all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen window looks out onto the BBQ and lawn area. | ||
| Pool Area | The pool area of Villa Jesus is the heart and soul of this property. The pool itself gradually slopes from the L-shape into the sandy coloured shallow end of the pool. There is a large terrace area with sufficient sun lounges for all guests as well as a manicured lawn area and garden surrounding this terrace. There is also a shaded area for you to escape the beating rays of Ibiza's notorious sun. | ||
| Garden Area | The garden of this Ibiza villa is medium sized and consists of 3 parts. The first part adjoins the gravel track that leads up to the house and consists of local trees and bushes. The second is the lawn area that surrounds the pool area. Whilst the last is the lawn and garden area to the rear of the property that has a childrens swing and the BBQ area. | ||
