General		This beautiful property is the last of the fruity five (Uva, Limon, Naranja, Sandia & Platano). This is also located in the hills just above San Jose. This 5 bedroom villa also has a self contained flat with it's own kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The property itself is immaculately designed throughout and furnished to a high standard.
General		You enter this villa via the kitchen, which in turn leads onto the TV area with comfy built in sofas. To your left is the dining area and separated lounge area. Bedroom 4 is located just behind the dining room. There are stairs leading from the TV area which take you to the master bedroom. Leading off from the TV area will take you to bedrooms 1 & 2 with shared shower room. As you exit this property, and go past the pool you find the self contained flat with it's own double bedroom, kitchenette, Lounge and bathroom.
Master Bedroom		This villas master bedroom is approximately 4x5 metres, has a double bed and built in wardrobes. It also has an en-suite shower room and a terrace overlooking the pool area. The views from this terrace are quite amazing as they look down over the valley towards San Jose.
Bedroom 1		Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is approximately 5x4 metres. There are built in wardrobes and a shower room that is shared with bedroom 2 located next door. This room looks out onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2		Bedroom 2 is located opposite bedroom 1, and is approximately the same size. The shower room is located next door.
Bedroom 3		Bedroom 3 is a self contained flat that is located to the rear of the house. This flat has a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, an en-suite shower room, a Lounge and a kitchenette. There is also a separated terrace area with plastic dining table and sun lounges which becomes a bit of a sun trap in the height of the summer.
Bedroom 4		Bedroom 4 is the smallest of all the rooms and has a single bed with a pull out mattress. The room is located just off the main dining area and it also has wardrobes.
Lounge		There are 2 Lounges in Villa Limon, the first is a spacious area with a 6-seat sofa and two armchairs. This looks out onto the garden and lawn areas. There is also a completely separate TV area for the kids with another 6 seat sofa as well as 24" TV, DVD player and Spanish Satellite (this can receive a few English speaking channels)
Dining Areas		Ther internal dining area has a wooden table and 10 matching chairs and is located near to the kitchen. The external dining area has 2 teak tables and seats 10 as well. This is located just outside of the lounge area and overlooks the lawn and garden area.
Kitchen Area		This villas kitchen area benefits from all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is located so that you can walk directly onto the garden terrace or to the inside dining area with ease.
Pool Area		The pool area of Villa Limon is where you will undoubtebly spend the majority of your time. The pool is relatively large 8x5 metres and has comfortable sun lounges for all guests. There is a bali style shaded chillout area complete with matress to laze away those sunny afternoons. The views from the pool area look out onto the sprawling countryside below.
Garden Area		The garden area of this villa is not the biggest, but does have several nice lawn areas. The house is also almost completely surrounded by large pine trees, giving you that extra sense of privacy.
