| General | This beautiful recent addition to our villas portfolio is a completely renovated finca (traditional Ibizan House) and comes complete with it's own 1000 year old olive trees and olive oil processing machines. Located in the countryside near the small village of San Rafael, it is in easy distance of two of Ibiza's major clubs (Amnesia & Privilege). The villa is set in over 3000 sq metres of scenic palm fringed gardens. | ||
| General | You enter Villa Olivo via electronic gates that take you up to the entrance of the house. This leads into the traditional dining area which in turn leads down to the large kitchen and additional breakfast area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are situated near to the kitchen and have a communal bathroom. Just off the main dining area, you have the ground floor Lounge. As you scale the steps to the first floor, you have the villas second Lounge and also the master bedroom and bedroom 1 leading off from here. These two bedrooms share one en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is located up a small flight of stairs. |

| Master Bedroom | The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and a terrace which faces the Old Town in Ibiza (D'alt Villa) and off into the distance you can see the island of Formentera. This room shares an en-suite bathroom with bedroom 1 and is air conditioned. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 has an exquisite double bed and built in wardrobes and shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. This room is also air conditioned. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | This room has a double bed and sofa which can be converted into a double bed. There are built in wardrobes and a communal bathroom on this floor. | ||
| Bedroom 3 | This room is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and free standing wardrobes. The communal bathroom is just opposite. | ||
Bedroom 4 |
This room is located on the middle floor and has a double bed and sofa which can be converted into a seperate double bed. | ||
| Lounge | There are two separate Lounges in this house. The first one is located on the ground floor and includes it's very own traditional Ibizan bread oven. There is also a large screen TV with DVD and VHS video players as well as a good Hi-Fi system. There is a 4 person sofa in this room as well as a couple of armchairs. The Lounge located on the first floor is approximately 22 sq metres and has a veranda as well as some armchairs and coffee tables. | ||
| Dining Areas | There are two internal dining areas in Villa Olivo. The first is located just as you enter the property and has a rustic wooden dining table with 12 seats that has been used by the family for generations. The second is located just down the stairs off the open plan kitchen and is a pine table with two benches. The external dining area is located under a shaded area and is next to a secondary kitchen. | ||
| Kitchen Area | The internal kitchen is open plan and benefits from all mod cons including large American style fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The external kitchen is situated jus off the pool area and has a fridge freezer, large bar area and a purpose built BBQ. | ||
| Pool Area | This villas pool area comprises a large patio area with sufficient sun lounges for all guests. The pool is 10 metres by 5 and is surrounded by several large palm trees and flowering bougainvillea plants. | ||
| Garden Area | The grounds of Villa Olivo are large and lush. As you approach the property via the security gates, you pass by several millennia old olive trees. To the right and left of the house there are a palm tree garden and a lawn area. There is also a covered area containing a ping pong table and fusbal table (to entertain the kids/adults). Next to this you find a stunning chill out area nestled in amongst the aging olive groves. | ||
