General This old Ibizan house has been converted into 8 self contained apartments. Each of the apartments is stylishly decorated and overlook a typical spanish garden consting of Sabina trees and a variety of cacti.
General These apartments are ideally located about half a Km from San Antonio and only 200M from a large selection of small beaches. If you are looking for a quiet but lively holiday then these are the apartments to stay. A bus route at the end of the road will also take you to all of the most beautiful beaches on the SW coast of Ibiza.
Apartment 1

 

   The first apartment on the right as you walk through the gates, it has a lovely arched terrace area. Upon entering the apartment, you will notice a spacious living and dining room with fireplace of approx 5 x 8 Metres. To your right is a spacious twin bedroom, whilst on your left is the double bedroom. Next to the double bedroom is the shower room and WC which in turn is next to the modern kitchen.
     
Apartment 2

This apartment is on the second floor and overlooks the main garden with its gravel paths. The entrance is into the Lounge with kitchen on the left hand side and standard WC and shower room adjoining that.
Apartment 3

This 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the poolside area. The entrance leads into the good sized kitchen/bar area with Lounge and fireplace to the left. The double bedroom is on your right as you enter the room while the other double room is facing the pool area. The bathroom is to the left of the second double.
   
Apartment 4 This double bed apartment is entered via the pool area and is one of the more spacious single rooms. The bedroom window looks onto the pool area whilst the Lounge looks out onto the main garden area. There is a standard WC and shower room. The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons.
Apartment 5 The largest of the apartments, it benefits from 3 double bedrooms, 2 WC 1 shower and 1 bath. This apartment has a large terrace and sizeable Lounge with seating for 6.
 

The kitchen area is a very good size, and is furbished with all mod cons. The bar area stretches for the length of the kitchen area. On the other side of this, there is a dining area which seats 6.
  The 3 double bedrooms are of roughly equal size. They all also have built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with twin sink and bath.
Apartment 6 This is the smallest of the single apartments, but is probably the best situated of all of them. It has a quaint Lounge which leads onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful cactus garden. Although the kitchen is quite small, this is more than made up for by the size of the double bedroom and en suite bathroom.
Apartment 7 This spacious and bright apartment has a large comfortable Lounge and a decent sized kitchen. The bathroom and WC is located straight infront of the entrance.
  The two twin bedrooms are located to the left of the entrance. Both have fitted wardrobes and are very spacious.
Apartment 8

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment with a good sized kitchen and Lounge as well as a good sized and light double bedroom. It has a standard shower and WC.
BBQ Area The BBQ area is the perfect area to start the night off. There is a good sized barbeque and a bar with its own bar style fridge. Just opposite this is a chill out area where you can sit or lie and eat your dinner. This whole area is located just alongside the pool area.
Pool Area The pool is kidney shaped and is a sun trap. This is the perfect area to catch up on your tan when you are not down at the beach. The BBQ area just alongside it provides a welcome retreat from the suns rays.
Garden Areas There are a total of 3 separate garden areas. All of them provide shade from Ibizas notorious heat and are all beautifully maintained. Palm trees, Sabinas and Cacti are the main vegetation here.
