If you are looking for a peaceful modern yet tasteful built property for your holiday, then villa san carlos may be the one. It is newly built with air con throughout and has a large fully fitted kitchen that seats 10 people. The villa is in private grounds with uninterupted hillside and countryside views. |

The grounds to this villa re mainly laid to lawn with a large paved area around the pool. There is also a separate small childrens pool for those families looking to teach there young ones to swim. There is also a 2 seat jacuzzi right next to both pools. If you fancy a BBQ, then villa San Carlos has its own purposely built one with an outside dining area just alongside the property. |

The master bedroom has a double bed, air con, sofa and built in cupboards with a safe. The window looks out onto the pool area. |

Bedroom 1 is probably the largest of all the rooms and has 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It can be accessed via the hall or the lounge. It looks out onto the hillside. |

Bedroom 2 is slightly smaller and has twin beds and a pine wardrobe. This bedroom looks out onto the BBQ and outside dining area. |

Bedroom 3 is roughly the same size as bedroom 2 and has the same features. This bedroom looks out onto the BBQ and outside dining area |

The Lounge has a 3 seat sofa as well as 3 single chairs from which to watch the satellite TV. This room lets down the rest of the property as it looks very purpose built. However, with the sun setting at past 10 O'Clock at night who wants to spend all there time inside when you have a lovely outside dining area and pool! |

The dining area is just off the kitchen and can seat 12. There is also an outside dining area next to the BBQ for you to enjoy your lunch on those warm sunny days |

The pool area at villa san carlos is perfect for lazing away those sunny afternoons. The pool itself is approx 9 x f metres and has a separate childrens pool and jacuzzi. There are sun lounges placed around the pool as well as on the terrace next to the pool. |

The garden of villa san carlos is mainly laid to lawn and consists of one area with a traditional ibicencan feature upon entering the grounds, one just off the pool area and one to the side of the villa with BBQ area and dining area. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. |

Although this villa is purpose built, it is in pristine condition and has the security of video controlled entry gates. The owner of this property owns the whole mountain behind the villa so peace and tranquility are guaranteed. The lovely beaches of Figueral and Agua Blancas are just a short drive away. |
