General     Villa San Jose is set over 1Km back from any main road in Ibiza. As such, this villa is not only tranquil, it is private and has some astounding views over the bay of San Antonio. Within easy reach of some of Ibiza's finest beaches, this villa is the perfect getaway from it all. Couple all of this with the standard to which this villa is furnished and decorated and you are sure to have the perfect Ibiza holiday.
General    

The entrance to the property is via a lockable wrought iron gates where you have sufficient parking for 3 cars. To your right is the pool and terrace area with the 100 year old olive tree. There is also a convenient shower room located outside

Upon entering the property via the kitchen, you have one of the inside dining areas and a pantry. To your left is the second dining area and the lounge area. To your right you have bedrooms 2 and 3. Directly past the Lounge, you have the master bedroom with en-suite, as well as bedrooms 1 and 4 and the other communal bathroom.

Master Bedroom     The master bedroom of this villa is huge approximately 42 sq metres. It has a king size ved and built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The room is very light due to the large bay windows and has gorgeous views onto the unspoilt countryside.
Bedroom 1     Bedroom 1 is also large 4x7 metres, has a double bed and free standing pine wardrobes. There is also a sofa area next to the window which looks out onto the countryside down towards the sea. The communal bathroom is located next door.
Bedroom 2     Bedroom 2 is approximately 4x4 metres and has a double bed. The room is tastefully decorated in marine and white and has a built in wardrobe. The views from the window look out over the countryside towards the sea.
Bedroom 3     Bedroom 3 is approximately 8x3.5 metres and has twin beds. There are built in wardrobes and this also has views towards the bay of San Antonio.
Bedroom 4     Bedroom 4 is the smallest of all the bedrooms approximately 5x3 metres has twin beds and built in wardrobes.
Lounge     The Lounge of Villa San Jose is long and quite spacious. There are two 3-seat sofas and one 2-seat sofa. There is also a large television with Spanish satellite (there are a few English speaking channels) and also a DVD player and stereo. This room has it's own entrance via large patio doors which lead out onto one of the garden areas.
Dining Areas     There are 2 insided dining areas, one in the kitchen and one in the lounge. There is also 2 external dining areas. The first is a plastic table by the pool which can seat 10 people and the other is a wooden table located outside the Lounge which is shaded and can also seat 10 persons.
Kitchen Area     The kitchen benefits from all mod cons including two fridge freezers, a pantry, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Pool Area     The pool area is a large terraced area and overlooks the countryside down towards the sea. There are sufficient sun lounges for all guests as well as 2 parasols and a cooling shower.
Garden Area     There is not really a big garden area in Villa San Jose, but you are situated in the rural spleandour which once used to be common place in Ibiza. There are pine trees surrounding the house and two 100 year old olive trees located within the grounds. From the entrance you can also see Atalaia, the highest mountain in the Balearics
