This is a split level property, with the Ground Level comprising of one double bedroom and one twin with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, Lounge and dining area.

Downstairs you will find the remaining four bedrooms 2 double and two twin bedrooms with a further 3 wash rooms. 1 en suiteLeading from the downstairs is the spectacular pool and terrace area.

The master bedroom is located on the top or ground level of this villa and comprises of a double bed, built in wardrobe and is fan cooled.

The Lounge is located on the upper level of the property and can confortably seat 15 people. This is located next to the dining area and 2 terraces overlooking the pool area.

Upstairs next to the Lounge is an inside dining area comfortably seaging 8 persons and overlooks the mangificent pool and terrace area via a large bayview window.

Downstairs next to the pool is the third dining area comfortably seating 10 persons.

The pool area is somewhat of a suntrap, but also has many shady areas including under a 100 year old olive tree. There are ample sun lounges and deck chairs to accommodate all.

The views from the terrace are stunning and panoramic. Off into the distance, you can see San Antonio and in the evening the much talked about sunset.
