| General | As with all of the other properties in this location, this villa also benefits from rolling views of the countryside towards the sea. The property has three bedrooms and is light and airy throughout. The large pool area means that you will never have to travel far to top up your tan. Add to this the villas ideal location next to the village of San Jose, and you will find that this is a very affordable alternative to being couped up in a hotel room. | ||
| General | As you enter this property, you have the master bedroom with en-suite shower room on your right. Further along on your right you have the recently redecorated kitchen and then bedrooms 1 and 2 and the communal bathroom straight ahead of you. To your left, you have the lounge and dining area as well as a patio door that leads to the path that takes you down to the pool and terrace area via the BBQ and shaded external dining area. | ||
| Master Bedroom | The master bedroom of this villa is approximately 5x3 metres has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The views look out onto the property entrance. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 is located just off the lounge area and is approximately 5x3.5 metres. It has twin beds, built in wardrobes and the communal bathroom with bath is located next door. There is a patio door leading out to the terrace overloooking the pool area. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 2 is quite large 7x4 metres, has twin beds and built in wardrobes. The communal bathroom is located next door. The views from the window look out onto the pool and garden area. | ||
| Lounge | The Lounge of Villa Sandia is approximately 5x4 metres, has a 6 seat sofa as well as two armchairs. There is a patio door leading out to a veranda which takes you down to the pool and terrace area via the BBQ area. | ||
| Dining Areas | This villas internal dining area has a wooden table and 6 matching chairs. It is located just off the Lounge. There are two external dining areas. The first is located on the veranda and has a plastic table with 6 chairs. The other is just on the right as you walk down to the pool area. It is conveniently shaded by a large pine tree and has a purpose built BBQ next to it. | ||
| Kitchen Area | This villas kitchen has all mod cons including fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. | ||
| Pool Area | The large pool 10x5 metres is surrounded by a good sized terrace with views looking out onto the rolling countryside below. You can also see the sea off in the distance. There is a convenient shaded area located at one end of the pool. | ||
| Garden Area | The garden area of Villa Sandia is compact but very appealing. There is a manicured lawn that runs alongside the house as well as colourful flowering plants situated throughout. There are a couple of tropical palm trees within the grounds which along with the many pine trees give plenty of shaded areas. | ||
