| General | Set in the quiet local of Siesta, this villa is perfect for families interested in staying near Santa Eulalia but not wanting to hire a car. There are shops no more than a 2 minute walk away. The beach in Siesta is small but rarely busy so makes a welcome break from the crowds that can sometimes be witnessed at nearby Santa Eulalia. The 10 minute walk along the tree lined promenade to Santa Eulalia will take you to some of the finest restaurants on the East coast. | ||
| General | This Ibiza villas redeeming quality is the location, but this does not detract from how homely it is. Upon entering, you are presented with the spacious Lounge to your right and the kitchen with all mod cons straight ahead. To your left are 2 of the double bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom. The top level of this house contains the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. Both have access to a beautiful terrace that overlooks the pool area. The top floor also has the second bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi. Although this villas set in a residential location the presence of tall trees and large olianders means that you have total privacy. |

| Master Bedroom | The large master bedroom 5x5 metres has built in wardrobes and has a lovely terrace that looks out onto the pool area. This terace has a shaded seating area with coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee. Although this room does not have en suite, the jacuzzi bathroom is right next door. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is also large 6x3 metres, has built in wardrobes and a patio door leading out to the rear of the house. No en suite, but shower room is conveniently located between bedrooms 1 and 2. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 2 is 5x3 metres has a double bed, built in wardrobe and its own entrance from the front of the house. |

| Bedroom 3 | Bedroom 3 is roghly the same size as bedroom 2, has two single beds and has a terrace that overlooks the pool area. | ||
| Lounge | The Lounge is a blend of meditaranean and Thai as can be witnessed by the many Budhas located throughout. You will feel at home the moment you walk in. This Ibiza villa is lived in all year round so it is maintained to a very high standard. | ||
| Dining Areas | There is a dining area connected to the Lounge, but it is the dining area on the terrace overlooking the pool which is more appealing. There is a small purpose built BBQ area here too. There is also a shaded dining area on the top terrace overlooking the pool. | ||
| Kitchen Area | The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, gas oven and a large fridge freezer. | ||
| Pool Area | This Ibiza villas pool is actually very large considering that you are in the middle of a residential area. There are sun lounges located conveniently around the pool which is completely hidden by the large oliander trees. There are several shaded areas near the pool in case you cant stand the heat!! | ||
| Garden Area | The garden area is relatively small but well maintained. The entrance to the house is via a small gravel track. | ||
