| General | This gorgeous villa set in the hills near San Jose is the perfect retreat for those looking to get away from everyday life. This ecological property has a lovely palm fringed lawn area by the pool with banana trees, orange trees and bamboo. Tastefully decorated throughout, this really is not your run of the mill rental property. | ||
| General | To see a floor plan of this property click here. Set on a single level, this property is wheelchair and pushchair friendly making it the perfect family holiday home. As you enter the property, you are presented with the living and dining area. This leads through to the kitchen area and then onto bedroom 1 with it's en suite shower room. Returning back through the Lounge you have the master bedroom and bedroom 2. There is a bathroom located conveniently between the two rooms. |

| Master Bedroom | The master bedroom of Villa Tierra is not huge but not cramped either (approx 4x3.5 metres). There are built in wardrobes and an air con unit. The window from this bedroom looks out onto the courtyard. The communal bathroom is located nearby. | ||
| Bedroom 1 | Bedroom 1 is approximately 3x3.5 metres and has a set of drawers as well as an en suite shower room. This room is also air conditioned. | ||
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 2 is approximately 5x2.5 metres in size. There are twin beds and it has built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The communal bathroom is located next door. | ||
| Lounge | The Lounge is tastefully and traditionally decorated in typical Ibizan style. There are little ornaments adorning the walls and shelves giving a homely feeling the moment you walk through the doors. There is a 20" TV with German satellite (you can get some English speaking channels). This room is also airconditioned. | ||
| Dining Areas | The main interior dining area is coupled with the Lounge and can seat 6 people confortably. There is also a small breakfast table in the kitchen. On the exterior of the house, there are two more shaded dining facilities. One is by the pool while the other is located next to the BBQ area. | ||
| Kitchen Area | The kitchen area is modern and conventional. It benefits from fridge freezer, gas hob and microwave. There is a washing room located outside with clothes line. | ||
| Pool Area | The pool area of Villa Tierra (meaning of the land) will almost instantly take your breath away. The lawn area is strewn with palm trees thus giving much needed shade from the beating Ibiza Sun. The pool itself is a novelty in the fact that it has two palm trees at one end. There are also six sun lounges avaiable to top up your tan. | ||
| Garden Area | It is not until you walk around the confined yet spacious garden area that you realise you are walking in a botanical heaven. To name but a few of the plants, there are cactii, rubber plants, palm trees, bamboo, ripe orange trees and ripe banana trees. One week at the ecological friendly Villa Tierra and you will be relaxed and fully recharged. | ||
