General			Villa Tranquilo is a beautiful villa set atop a mountain close to the sleepy village of San Carlos. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms, plus a seperate apartment. There is also a converted office that can sleep a single occupant. This villa is a converted finca and as such does not need any air con or fans to cool the property. The villa is within walking distance of San Carlos and is a short drive away from some of Ibiza's most stunning unspoilt beaches.
General			Entrance to the villa is via the kitchen area which has a small flight of stairs to the living area. All of the bedrooms branch off from the living area by climbing or descending other small flights of stairs. There is also a terrace off the living room which leads to the pool and lawn area. The nearest neighbours are about 500M away and as such privacy is complete in this property. The seperate apartment is 10 metres away from the main house.
Master Bedrooms			The master bedroom is located directly above the kitchen and has a king bed with 5 built in wardrobes. There is a small terrace which overlooks the pool and lawn area. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, twin sinks, bidet and toilet. The approximate size of the room is 5x6 Metres.
Bedroom 1			The other King size bedroom is accessible from the outside of the house and is approximately 5x4 Metres. It has an ensuite bathroom and twin wardrobes.
Bedroom 2			Bedroom 2 is located down the small flight of stairs leading off from the living area. It has a double bed and a convertible single sofa bed. This room is approximately 4.5x5 Metres and has built in wardrobes. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the single bedroom upstairs from here.
Bedroom 3			Bedroom 3 is located near the master bedroom and is approximately 5x3 Metres. It has built in wardrobes and two big windows one of which has amazing views down into the Cala (Bay) of San Vicente. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the Master bedroom.
Bedroom 4	No Pic	No Pic	This is a small yet bright room located just to the right of the TV room. It has a big window that overlooks the pool and lawn area. This room shares the bathroom with bedroom 2.
Apartment			This self contained apartment is approximately 60 Metres squared and has a fridge, gas cooker, small terrace with armchairs and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. This room also has a small sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a small TV connected to local television.
Lounge			The lounge is the cenral part of this villa with all of the bedrooms leading from here. It also leads onto a covered terrace which has a dining table and a chillout lounge area. This in turn leads onto the lawn and swimming pool. The lounge itself has 2 sofas and 2 single seater armchairs as well as 2 coffee tables.
Dining Areas			There are 2 internal dining areas both situated by the kitchen. One of these is circular with a small circular table (great for kids) and there is also a wooden dining table seating 8.
Kitchen Area			The kitchen in this villa is possibly one of the nicest and biggest of all the villas that we have. It is open plan and has all mod cons including two fridge freezers, professional hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. There are several sets of plates and cutlery services as well.
Pool Area			The pool is 12x6 metres and at its deepest is 2M. There is also a semi circular shallow entrance area to the pool. There are several sun loungers as well as a shaded dining and chillout area just to the right of the pool.
Garden Area			The garden of Villa Tranquilo mainly consists of lawn on the way up to the pool area. However, this villa is set in a lush forest area and has plenty of pine trees surrounding the villa.
Outside Dining			There are several exterior shaded dining areas at Villa Tranquilo. At the entrance to the villa there is a dining table with seating for six. By the BBQ area there is a table that seats 10, by the pool there is another dining area that seats 12. There is also a small dining table as you exit the lounge that seats six.
Other			There is a lovely chillout area as you exit the living area with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. This area has some curtains that can block out the midday sun.
