This charming villa is perfectly located. It is set in a luscious pine forest with amazing sea and hillside views yet it is no more than a 5 minute walk to the picturesque village of San Jose with it's many restaurants and bars. Although the nearest beach is about 4km away, if you intend to spend your holiday by the pool then this property allows for the option of not having a rental car to hand. This villa is one of a set of five within easy reach of each other allowing for large family bookings. |

Villa Uva is set on one level so is wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Upon entering, you have bedrooms 3 and 4 down a small hallway to your left with communal shower room in between. To your right are the master bedroom with en suite and bedroom 1 with communal bathroom. Directly ahead is the spacious Lounge and kitchen area and bedroom 2 as well as the terrace door leading to the pool area. There is also a roof terrace with stunning views of unspoilt countryside. |

The master bedroom is spacious 4x5 metres has built in wardrobes and en suite shower room with disabled facilities. This room has twin beds which can be easily placed together to form a king size bedroom. This room is air conditioned. | |

Bedroom 1 is the same size as the master bedroom and also has twin beds and built in wardrobes. The windows look out onto the house entrance. Communal bathroom 1 is located directly in front of this bedroom and is a pleasant fusion of lilacs and has a large jacuzzi. This room is air conditioned. |

Bedroom 2 of Villa Uva is large 4x5 metres and is located at the end of the house. It has twin beds, and built in wardrobes. This bedroom looks out onto the pool area. This room is air conditioned. | |

Bedroom 3 is also quite large 4x3 metres has twin beds and built in wardrobes. This room looks out onto the property entrance. This room is air conditioned. |

Bedroom 4 is the smallest of all the rooms 4x2.5 metres but has a double bed and free standing wardrobe. This room is also air conditioned. | |

The Lounge is large, bright and spacious. There is ample seating for all 10 guests around the fireplace as well as a separate coffee table. There is a medium sized TV with German/English satellite as well as a DVD player. |

The inside dining area of Villas San Jose is part of the Lounge and can seat 8 comfortably. For the more enjoyable dining experience, there are 2 separate dining areas. The teak table is in a shaded area whilst the un-shaded plastic table is by the BBQ. |
| Kitchen Area | The kitchen area is being completely renovated this year hence the lack of photos. It has all mod cons including fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a door leading directly out to the shaded dining area. | ||

The pool of Villa Uva is one of the biggest of all the properties that we have. It is private and benefits from striking views over the countryside towards the sea. There are ample sun beds and chairs to accommodate all guests. The roof terrace has an old Ibicenco fishing boat complete with seating area for guests. |
| Garden Area |  |

The garden area is relatively small, but is more than compensated for by the pool area. There is a shaded lawn area just off the pool and a small rockery type garden by the villa entrance. |
