Villa Santa Eulalia 1 is a modern family home that is ideally located midway between the sleepy town of San Carlos and the vibrant Santa Eulalia. This property has a large pool and terrace area and its own private tennis court. This villa has been tastefully decorated throughout and also benefits from an equal number of sunny and shady areas to top up your tan.

 

This charming villa is perfectly located. It is set in a luscious pine forest with amazing sea and hillside views yet it is no more than a 5 minute walk to the picturesque village of San Jose with it's many restaurants and bars. Although the nearest beach is about 4km away, if you intend to spend your holiday by the pool then this property allows for the option of not having a rental car to hand. This villa is one of a set of five within easy reach of each other allowing for large family bookings. Alternatively, this villa is perfect for two families sharing.

Villa Tranquil is a beautiful villa set atop a mountain close to the sleepy village of San Carlos. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms, plus a seperate apartment. There is also a converted office that can sleep a single occupant. The villa is within walking distance of San Carlos and is a short drive away from some of Ibiza's most stunning unspoilt beaches. This villa is a converted finca and as such does not need any air con or fans to cool the property due to its location on top of the mountain. The nearest neighbours are about 500M away and as such privacy is complete in this property.

Although a car is not necessary for this villa, it is advisable as there are some of Ibiza's prettiest beaches no more than a 5 minute drive away.
