Set in the quiet local of Siesta, this villa is perfect for families interested in staying near Santa Eulalia but not wanting to hire a car. There are shops no more than a 2 minute walk away. The beach in Siesta is small but rarely busy so makes a welcome break from the crowds that can sometimes be witnessed at nearby Santa Eulalia. The 10 minute walk along the tree lined promenade to Santa Eulalia will take you to some of the finest restaurants on the East coast.

This delightful property is set in the countryside close to Ibiza Town and as such is peaceful yet practical for those people who wish to be located close to all of Ibiza's gastonomic facilities. This villa is a perfect family villa and also ideal for older couples wishing to relax as it is located in a complex with several other villas nearby. The neighbours are by no means intrusive but do tend to intervene if there is loud music played until the early hours of the morning. For this reason, we strongly reccommend that people interested in clubbing do not choose this villa.

As you will see from the pictures, this villa has stunning views of some of Ibiza's most pristene coastline. Villa Verde (meaning green villa) is set in a luscious nature resever pine forest.
